چکیده
This article presents a two-mode controlled step-up inverter (TMCSI), which is capable of handling single or dual inputs with wide range dc input voltage. In comparison to traditional multistage dc/dc power conversion systems, the stage reduced and voltage/current stress device significantly alleviated without using high-voltage dc-bus capacitors. As result, reliability overall efficiency are improved accordingly. By combining two working modes, proposed achieves uniform distribution duty ratio under single/dual-input voltage, thereby very suitable for systems having large voltage variation. Moreover, based on dual-input TMCSI, novel allocation method also improve system load-bearing ability. The separately from modes that allows two-input sources directly supply ac load simultaneously. this article, topology derivation, control strategy, characteristics steady principle, design criteria key circuit parameters systematically analyzed, important conclusions obtained. Finally, experimental results 500 VA 96-192 V dc 220 xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">ac /50 Hz output prototype verify effectiveness TMCSI its associated regulation approach.

This paper presents a family of soft-switching DC–DC converters with a simple auxiliary circuit consisting of a coupled winding and a pair of auxiliary switch and diode. The auxiliary circuit is activated in a short interval and thus the circulating conduction losses are small. With the auxiliary circuit, zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) and zero-current-switching are achieved for the main and auxi...
